We're very proud to know that our team of stylists are dedicated to offering only the loveliest service. We are constantly levelling up our services, and training in the very best and most up to date treatments and services!
Emma, creative director/owner
Emma has been hairdressing for over 30 years, starting out as a Saturday girl before training and working in busy salons across London, Cambridge, and Peterborough. Cutting hair is her true passion, and with years of academy training and hands-on experience, she loves helping clients feel confident and look their best.
Gen, manager/creative lead
Genevieve is our Creative Director and has over 27 years of experience in the hairdressing industry. She holds NVQ Level 2 qualifications in both Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy, as well as a Diploma in Hair Extensions. Throughout her career, she has managed salons, led apprentices through their training, and supported teams with her strong leadership and guidance.
Her proudest achievement is completing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with the Open University, giving her a deeper understanding of people – something she brings into every client
stacie, artistic designer
Hi, I’m Stacie! I’ve been in salons since I was 14 and have spent over 15 years growing my skills, from Saturday girl to Level 3 qualified stylist, running my own business for 10+ years, and now joining the amazing team at The Little Hair Shop.
I’m passionate about all things foiling – especially lived-in blondes, balayage and reverse balayage – and I’m always learning new techniques to create soft, low-maintenance blends. I also love a good hair-up and never shy away from a challenge (even if I’m a perfectionist at heart!).
alex, senior hair designer
Alex is our Senior Hair Designer and is known for her creativity and eye for detail. With years of experience, she loves creating bespoke styles that suit each client perfectly – from subtle refreshes to complete transformations. Skilled in colour and cutting, Alex combines her artistic flair with a friendly, professional approach, leaving every client feeling confident and refreshed.
Ellie, hair designer
Ellie has already settled in so beautifully and brings such a lovely energy to the salon. She’s passionate about hair, super friendly, and genuinely loves making clients feel comfortable and confident in her chair.
