emma, salon owner & creative director
Emma has been hairdressing for 30 years, starting out as a Saturday girl going into an apprenticeship, then continuing her hairdressing journey with experience in big branded salons in London, Cambridge and Peterborough. Time for a change came when Emma started her family, so decided to work closer to home!
Emma specialises in cutting hair and has had so much experience in many Academy's in London and lots of opportunities due to her special talents in hair cutting.

With all the experiences Emma has had, her expertise is to offer talents through all aspects of the trade she loves.
teresa, creative designer
Teresa is an accomplished hairdresser with an impressive career spanning over 23 years, the last 16 of which she has spent cultivating her own clientele. Now, she's eager to reimmerse herself in the dynamic atmosphere of salon teamwork and will be joining the salon staff on Mondays. Teresa is known for her comprehensive expertise in hairdressing, with a particular fondness for color work, especially foiling, and she revels in the creativity involved in restyling. Her portfolio is also rich with experience in styling for weddings and proms, highlighting her passion for special event hairdressing.

Having previously worked with Emma 20 years ago, Teresa is thrilled at the prospect of collaborating once more, not only with Emma but also with the entire team at the Little Hair Shop. She is excited to embark on this new chapter in her professional journey, eagerly anticipating the opportunity to meet and serve new clients. Teresa's return to a team environment promises to be a delightful blend of reunion and fresh adventure.
rosie, artistic designer
Rosie is a highly skilled hair stylist with over ten years of experience in the industry. Her journey has been marked by a continuous pursuit of excellence, regularly engaging in training and professional development to hone her craft. Rosie's passion for hair styling is deeply rooted in the transformative power of hair, particularly through the use of extensions and color. She specializes in Balayage and hair extensions, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in creating stunning, multi-tonal hair colors that exhibit natural, lived-in qualities.

One of Rosie's key strengths lies in her remarkable ability to boost her clients' confidence by transforming their appearance with her expert touch. Her dedication to her work is evident in the care and precision she applies to every transformation, ensuring results that not only meet but exceed expectations. Beyond her technical skills, Rosie places a high value on building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with her clients, looking forward to welcoming and collaborating with both new and returning individuals.
abbie, apprentice stylist
Abbie is the enthusiastic Junior Stylist at The Little Hair Shop, with a background in Level 3 Beauty Therapy. Keen to expand her expertise into hairdressing, she is loving working at The Little hair Shop and diving into the world of haircuts and styles. Abbie is on a path of professional development, actively enhancing her skills through training sessions and educational opportunities provided by The Heart of England.

To further her experience and refine her techniques, Abbie is seeking models at discounted service prices for her services. This initiative not only supports her growth as a stylist but also offers a unique chance for individuals to enjoy the benefits of her burgeoning skills. alex, senior designer
Alex, our Senior Designer at the salon, is renowned for her exceptional talent and creativity in the realm of hair design. With extensive experience in the beauty industry, she has developed a keen eye for crafting bespoke hair styles that not only align with the latest fashion trends but also beautifully complement the unique characteristics of each client. Her meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of color theory allow her to deliver stunning hair transformations. Whether clients seek a subtle enhancement or a complete makeover, Alex approaches every task with a blend of artistic passion and professional dedication. Clients appreciate her ability to listen attentively and transform their visions into reality, making her a highly respected and sought-after stylist.
